These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zenith Creations website and requests and orders made through it. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This website is operated by Zenith Creations, a corporate gifting company founded in 2006 with offices in Karol Bagh, Delhi and Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, India.

You may use this website to learn about our products and services and to submit enquiries and orders.

We supply customised corporate gifts, merchandise, and promotional products. Customization (branding, colors, packaging, and messaging) is subject to the artwork and branding you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any logos, artwork, and trademarks you send us for production.
Quotations are provided on request and reflect the specifications, quantities, and timeline provided at the time of quotation.
Prices may change if specifications, quantities, or timelines change after a quote is issued. Quotes are valid for 15–30 days depending on the company and product category, as stated on each quote.
Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and applicable advance payment.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) are item-specific and are stated in each product's listing and in our quotations.
Payment terms are stated on each invoice. We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, UPI, and other standard methods. Standard terms for first-time clients are 50% in advance and 50% prior to shipment. This website does not process payments directly.
Orders are not processed or dispatched until the applicable payments are received.
Lead times are confirmed at order stage and depend on product availability, customization scope, and shipping location.
We ship domestically and internationally. Risk and title to the products pass to you on delivery, or as otherwise set out in the invoice. Delivery terms are as stated on each invoice.
Product images and collection names represent the categories we supply.
Product images on this website are indicative. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance, color, or finish, particularly where customized.
All products are subject to availability. We will inform you if an ordered product becomes unavailable.
The brand name "Zenith Creations", website design, text, and original graphics are owned by Zenith Creations or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
All trademarks and logos of third parties (including client logos shown as references) remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.
When you submit logos, artwork, or specifications, you confirm you own or are licensed to use them, and you grant us the right to use them to produce your order.
We may need to retain copies of submitted artwork for production and record-keeping.
We provide the website and our services on a commercially reasonable best-efforts basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the website or from an order, beyond the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
